The glaring question here is probably, 'Why am I looking to move so soon?' This is my first time rolling up to an Owner/CEO and the workflow is very disorganized and sporadic. I have been with the team for over a month without a written commission plan and was encouraged to quickly hire a team without the proper sales tools for them to succeed. I currently have 2 employees who have started and a few more starting in the coming weeks and we have yet to set up salesforce, purchase/trial an engagement tool and I had to create ICP documentation that marketing actually never had or created. I am a hard worker and would never quit without trying to push through, but I believe it is best to explore better options as I am anticipating an organizational implosion.
