As a scheduler I am responsible for ensuring all patient visits are scheduled, rescheduled or missed in timely manner. I do welcome calls for all new referrals. I am responsible for running all required reports specific to my position and keeping my workflow up to date. I keep up with all current and pending patients that are hospitalized. I work really well with all office staff and field staff here. I also assist with answering all office calls and I assist anyone in the office when they need help.
