• Led the delivery and transformation of enterprise quality engineering program with 500+ global consultants team
• Defined the quality engineering maturity model aligned to the client’s DevOps goals of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, and drove the maturity improvement roadmap for 150+ applications

• Requirements gathering, analysis, test strategy design and planning for all applications within Fixed Income Cash and Foreign Exchange Trading
