In 2018 I set an ambitious plan in motion, I had been working in HVAC for almost 10 years at that point and saw inefficiencies in the HVAC world but also in the new construction world, specifically with custom homes in our area. The plan included establishing a reputable HVAC company while building skills and a network of competent sub contractors to move into the custom building realm. In the last 20 years I have had expeirence with all parts of building a home, from concrete, to framing, to numerous specialized trades. I devoted the last 7 years to increasing my knowledge of building science as well as building a strong network to help support me as I moved into building homes. I am at the point of realizing the gains of that work. I have processes in place that will allow for a smooth operation while bypassing the quality of homes I see being built. Through excessive documentation and thorough inspection I plan to not only provide a handful of new homes to customers in the area but increase awareness of modern building practices that are either not being employed or being employed improperly in the area.
