• Played role of Operational Lead and SME in helping Capital Markets launch Sponsored repo business at end of 2021.
• Part of project which involved working with product specialist, architects, accounting, finance, risk and control groups to develop a product that in matter for 3 years resulted in 50M+ annual revenue for the organization. My role was to ensure that we understand the product and develop an operational process and infrastructure that can support and enable to grow and scale the product.
• Continuous engagement with risk and control teams through to support the fast expanding product. Led efforts to complete required procedures, SLA's, KRI's, BCP etc. as per required guidelines. Worked with control groups to create new RCSA for the function. Managed audits including FED visits, Internal audits, SOX & RCSA audits.
• Championed multiple automation efforts through last 3 years to ensure that we continue to find scale and productivity as the product was growing exponentially.
• Led effort to develop system resiliency for our cash wire process which was established at end of 2024.

Client Directed Lending:

• Mandated in 2020 to turnaround CDL function in Chicago. Streamlined process in a year by identifying gaps in procedures, controls, IT infrastructure and then leading effort to make and prioritize changes to meet client expectations.
• Post turnaround, NT CDL has been ranked by the client as their most preferred custodian during their quarterly custodian rankings for 12 consecutive quarters, among their 5 custodians.
• Deep Subject Matter Expertise on various facets of Securities Lending/Custody including settlements, collateral management, Corporate Actions, Income, Billing etc.
• Direct Reports include Team Leaders, Specialists and Sr Consultants. Have oversight responsibilities for Bangalore and Manila Operations.

Currently working with Product and Technology groups as Ops Lead for launch of new product called 'Enhanced Liquidity Creation' and manage the team.

• Operations Lead of Securities Finance team managing the department in Bangalore of 80+ partners.
• Group included Trade Support, Collateral Management, Corporate Actions, Client Directed Lending, Controls (Reconciliations, onboarding, Client fee & billing teams).
• Supervised 4 Section managers and 2 Sr Consultants directly. Ensured them and their direct staff are compliant with policies and procedures.
• Led hiring efforts including campus hiring's, onboarding and training of new hires to fulfill business requirements.
• Conducted regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
• Reviewed KPI's and KRI's regularly to ensure that we are managing the client expectations and providing quality service and any gaps are acted quickly.
• Helped enhanced product understanding in the group that is usually operations centric which helps the team to appreciate their work and risk involved.
• Created cross department product training module for Securities Services which included Custody groups.

• International Assignment to establish presence of Securities Lending Operations in Manila.
• Migrate work from Bangalore and Hong Kong.
• Work included managing new groups in Manila which included newly created Trade Support, Collateral Management, Corporate Actions and Reconciliations teams of our Asian clients and borrowers.
• Hired partners at various levels including local manager to replace me after completing my assignment.
• Ensured that all documentation including procedures, Service level agreements with home location, BPTRM document (Business process Transition Risk management), BCP document was completed and signed off to support this key startegic migration.
