Working in Customer Service Management has provided me with the tools and ability to manage staff appropriately, assist customers when needed, work quickly and efficiently, multitasking during busy times and staying busy during down time. As a manager I'm able to monitor staff and encourage impeccable customer service all while keeping it fun for both staff and guests. I'm a very detail oriented person, and I strive to maintain procedures and policies as required by the position. I am akso able to understand consumers and their needs to better help them with their experience.
