• Spend time at the Pro Desk work with the PASA’s making sure all the orders for the Pros are correct before shipping out.

Etc: Flooring Supervisor • I was in charge of making sure we made plan in the flooring department by consultative selling. I would follow up on the associate notes by calling the customer to offer my assistance and explain any special offers that they may use to help sell the job.
I would check my associates notes 3 times a week and follow up with the customer to see if I could assist them in any way. Meet and great every customer is hat came to the Pro desk and ask them why they are not buying everything from The Home Depot. Finding a way to say yes and offer them the best price.
Always walking the store “prospecting” for more sales. I would leave the store on Lunch breaks and visit new job sites that were going on around the store . I would sit with my team and go over notes making sure they have good notes for whoever read them would know exactly what’s was going with said customer.
Work in order up and Quote center to help the pro customer with their order and go over it to ensure they got the exactly what they needed before selling the Quote.
I would have daily meeting to discuss a game plan for the nights work load
Ensure all associates are working safe while performing at a high standard.
I would monitor the associates progress and have one on one meeting with each associate that was under performing.
I awarded the team as a whole when they beat goal for the week by not leaving any freight in worked.
I would do daily patrols in high crime area to ensure the community was safe.
I would back up my deputies during every high rush situation such as domestic disputes and DUI traffic stops.
I would work with the warrants department and help them serve warrants on felony subjects. Would do traffic stops on speeders and possibly DUI subjects Arrest subjects when necessary and transport the to jail where I would fill out all proper paperwork for on the subject.
If a subject went to trial I would attend the trial Incase I was called upon to defend my arrest.
