Evening Manager
In the past five years of working with in the company I developed and refined my skills as well as strengthen my work ethic. From starting as a delivery biker to being promoted all the way to evening shift manager I learned in assisting in customer satisfaction, being team oriented, effective communication, and sales experience.
- Assisted, supervise, and direct In-shop employees as well as delivery drivers and or bikers.
- Handling customer's orders, issues and complaints.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Restock food, drinks, and paper supplies as well as wrap, label, and store food properly.
- Manage cash handling, drawer counts, and nightly deposits.
- Clean and sanitize prep areas, equipment, floors, and bathrooms.
- Compleat closing procedures, paper work, as well as lock and secure the building.
