I did direct marketing face to face with clients, and I was able to inform them on better alternatives to help reduce electricity bills year round. I was able to compare before and after costs, and inform clients on all the benefits of choosing solar. I lined up appointments for a free consultation to better their spending ad home maintenance. I lead meetings with other leaders and managers, to better office participation, production, and positivity. I lead the office in production every week, setting new standards and goals. I was the first Bilingual speaker marketer to set appointments in both spanish and english, which made a massive incline in sales. I was able to work directly with our clients to offer both a great alternative and customer satisfaction.

I took orders in both dine-in area and drive thru for both restaurants. I got promoted to cook within two weeks, where I was able to prepare the food for guests. I was also in charge of keeping all the stations clean, including the dish pit. I would fill up utensils, cups, and trays for everyone in the dine-in area. I was in charge of cleaning bathroom stalls and restocking toilet paper and paper towels. I worked directly with managers handling cash and making weekly schedules for employees. I trained multiple staff members at both restaurants and became top lead where i became an official supervisor.

I was able to greet guests as soon as they walked in the restaurant, providing great energy upfront. Using computer systems to better their experience with the right server, i sat the guests wit menus and reassured them that great service was on it's way. I got promoted to do "Take-out" orders, expanding their food options to other guests. I was trusted with training new employees and teaching them all the table sections and menu items for take out. I broomed, mopped, dusted, and sanitized all areas around the restaurant. I would buss tables when needed and help servers with taking orders during busier times. Overall, I made sure i set a great experience for all guests from when they arrived to when they left.
