•Supervise all operators daily. Help dispatcher answering calls, in addition I take complaints from passengers.

•Make sure drivers fill out an operator’s report when needed.
•I make sure all drivers show up to work, if there’s not enough drivers, I cover the route until another driver shows up to cover it. •Dispatch and I reach out to mechanics in the morning to pick up buses or inform them of any buses that have problems and are out of service. I input data from the mileage of the buses, make sure WebRisk is up to date. I train new hires, drivers that need retraining.I check Lytton daily, speak to drivers about drive cams and coach if necessary. I give daily Safety messages over the radio. When there’s an accident or incident I go right away to assist the driver. Speak to my Safety manager daily about ways to improve drivers’ u safe behaviors and how to make them drive safer. I assist Safety manager in any help she needs.
