Being a Business tech for over a decade I've worked on many business projects in the field. I've always enjoyed collaborating with coworkers to complete these projects swiftly and correctly the first time. I also got the opportunity to work virtually in care for 3 months in 2020. It was a great experience and gave me insight on how the other side works from troubleshooting virtually to setting up the customer with an appointment to get their issued resolved on site.
