  • In Deca, I learned how to speak professionally and how to form relationships and connections. I learned a lot from this club and thrived in it. This year, I became Vice-President and will be helping others learn the same things I did.
  • In Beta, I learned ways in which I could give back to my community. We would have to do community service and maintain a certain GPA to stay in the club. In competitions, I was able to showcase my ideas for the future and betterment of the club and the people around me.
  • Band taught me how to sacrifice. I learned how to balance my time to create the most efficient use of it and to sacrifice as I had to quit, focusing on schoolwork instead.
