Smoke On Wheels

(Jay) Jacob Webb
2027
years of professional experience

Over a decade of experience in trade work, ranging from culinary and security, mostly, to construction, landscaping, and retail as my less experienced skillset’s. I’m also somewhat entrepreneurial, purchasing my first business in 2024, (Work Truck), that I still work out of today. I have no felonies or theft charges. I’m a reliable, self sustaining, team player, who’s efficient, and excellent at problem solving. I am an optimal option when hiring!

Work History

Co-Owner

Smoke On Wheels | 2024 - Current

My job consists of monitoring inventory and income, loading, unloading, and customer satisfaction.

Bouncer

Chosen Entertainment | 2022 - 2024

This job consists of monitoring entrances, exits, people, and their BAC. It’s my responsibility to remove anyone too intoxicated or too young to drink. I’m also required to throw out trash or any unwanted objects on the dance floor that could cause injury. I memorize faces and secure anyone in need of assistance.

Head of Security

Rodeo 4 | 2020 - 2022

This position is pretty similar to the last, but as head of security I was also required to open and close down the establishment, while also supervising my team. (My job consisted of monitoring entrances, exits, people, and their BAC. It was my responsibility to remove anyone too intoxicated or too young to drink. I was also required to throw out trash or any unwanted objects on the dance floor. I memorize faces and secure anyone in need of assistance.)

Expo Runner

Chuy’s Restaurant | 2018 - 2020

Here, I cooked, cleaned, and served tickets. It was my job to make the food, but also to get the food to the right table and server.

Assistant Head Cook

Courtyard Marriott | 2014 - 2018

Another similar situation, but this was my first and long standing job. I learned practically everything I know today from this position and was very fortunate to have my Culinary instructor (from trade school) as my first boss. He taught me everything. {Job Requirements} - (Cooked, cleaned, washed dishes, served tickets, and learned retail and inventory.)
