In my role as a Cashier I was responsible for accurately handling financial transactions, managing customer communication, and handling defects understanding of vehicle products. This experience gave me the opportunity to sharpen my communication skills and taught me how to effectively work in a fast-paced environment. I am looking to expand my career in vehicle inspection, testing, and oil and fluids replacement, and I learned a little about cars by myself from having a love and some knowledge about cars I am able to apply this knowledge to the Automotive Technician role by being able to quickly identify and solve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with the work.
