Starting out as a barista, I was promoted to Assistant Manager on 03/23. Handling managerial duties and responsibilities in the absence of the manager. Creating the schedules and completing daily tasks.

Making sure visuals were up to date, updating daily sales and meeting daily sales goals while promoting/upselling products. Rotating products and maintaining overall clean visuals.

Greeting and tending to guest while handling the register. Walking the floor, connecting with guests while offering product knowledge, and keeping an overall clean and stocked store.
