At The Olive Gardem I answered to-go order phone calls, conveying menu options over phone and time of pickup, along with preparing the to-go orders. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of all to-go orders. Operated cash register to accept cash, debit and credit card payments from customers. As well as resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Just-In-Time Asphalt Sealcoating not only introduced knowledge and a work experience that has helped me decide on my future. But has also developed and maintained positive relationships with clients and co workers. This company is local in my hometown and was one of my summer jobs for 3 years! Work consisted of getting work materials, preparing/cleaning the asphalt with machinery, as well as asphalt sealcoating, gator patching, crack filling, laying asphalt, concrete, etc.
At The Boat Shed restaurant, I have built close relationships with co workers and learned multiple positions over the summers. I worked at this local restaurant as a second summer job, completing tasks such as welcoming customers, preparing/serving food to tables and maintained a clean work environment!
DirtKart was my first real job as a customer service representative! Here I maintained a clean work environment, walked customers through company waivers, operated cash register, and eventually moved to the track operation. This was a great first job experience, but unfortunately the company shut down after 6 months of the new location.
