The Job description Crew Member at Chipotle consisted of me washing dishes for a hour or two and going to the kitchen and being Prep too that would include printing labels for the chicken and any types of meat that I Prepared in metal plates called deeps that you store in the walk-in freezer, further more including going to the line where they prepare the food for you, I would serve the customer food while also having good communications skills with the customer to make them feel welcomed in the store. When that hour was done it was back to washing dishes for closing hour and mopping the floors.
