My responsibilities included customer service, taking payments by cash or debit/credit card. Taking orders and repeating them back to customers to ensure accuracy. Helping to prepare orders for dine in and carry out customers. Run the drive through, take orders and payments, give customers advice about menu items. Prepared ice cream and other frozen treats. Run grill and help cook grill menu items. Restock all areas as needed and help clean up at the end of each shift. Lead, train and develop team members.
