  • Responsible for a team of 6 direct reports and 22 commercial employees, overseeing Broad Market (On Premise and Independent Retailers), Chains, National Accounts, and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage Proximity market teams, budgets, and KPIs for The Macallan and Highland Park throughout key cities, as well as Brand Specialists for Wyoming Whiskey and No.3 Gin, as part of our Breakthrough Brand initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment with RNDC California State Executive Vice President, Channel/Region VPs, and Portfolio Managers to ensure delivery of distributor network programs and overall business performance.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of Edrington and Distributor resources, including LMF/SEG budget management, against brand standards. Execute quarterly business reviews with ELT and implement effective route-to-market strategies, channel programming, incentives, sales tools, and education to over 500 distributor sales representatives and managers in CA.
  • P&L Management: Deliver against depletion targets, grow brand value, manage A&P and additional local marketing investments to deliver the annual profit plan within the territory.
  • Responsible for delivering FY budget of 60K 9L cs and $56.5M net sales ($28M targeting Prestige Ultra and High SKUs), contributing to 65% of the West Division financial plan.
  • Pricing Management: Oversee the implementation and execution of our channel pricing strategies, negotiate selling costs and margins (directly contributed to negotiating new Ultra Prestige margin strategy for all US Markets to protect SRP and mitigate risk to retail integrity).
  • Supply Chain & Forecast Management: Deliver against the allocation strategy and submit monthly shipment and depletion forecasts for DI and domestic SKUs in line with distributor DOH strategy, supporting 4 inventory warehouses statewide.
  • Manage national e-commerce programs and partnerships with digital commerce team (California is the #1 market in the U.S. for e-commerce sales and DTC customer fulfillment through independent retailers). Implement white glove delivery methods for Ultra/High prestige SKUs and PCRM clients.
  • Oversee launch of new Macallan LA Villa, including Private Client team sales targets, prestige allocation strategy, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Work effectively with Division Marketing, Commercial Finance, Commercial Excellence, and Operations to deliver against the Strategic Imperatives of the organization, delivering exceptional in-market results.
