Though Target has been my only place of employment, it has taught me many skills. My ability to manage time and people are two skills that has blossomed from that environment, for I had to manage my co-workers' breaks, as well as my own. My ability to calculate cash swiftly and with high precision had grown. The greatest asset in my arsenal that has been developed is my ability to problem-solve. Guests will come in with problems I have never seen before, and most of the time, I am able to discover a solution to any complication they may have to endure.
