• Coordinated with other departments within the organization regarding loan applications, approvals, and rejections.
• Obtained and reviewed copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information to update credit and loan files.

• Trained new hires as needed to easily get them adjusted to the process of reviewing and making decisions on loan applications, as well as the manner in which to offer and sell optional loan insurances.

Maintained the grounds of multiple GHS and Bon Secours hospital campuses by means of pressure washing, parking garage detailing, entrance cleaning (leaf blowing/windows/cobwebs/nests), and simple trash pick-up. Occasionally performed tasks such as directing traffic, loading/unloading furniture, or supervising asphalt or flooring jobs.
