As an Inside Sales Rep I am responsible for quoting, ordering and organizing sale deliveries with salesmen and warehouse logistic teams. I operate and communicate with four different branches on the west coast from New Hampshire to Delaware. I work out of our New Jersey branch where I am also a counter clerk for walk in customers and technicians that work with our service team. As a clerk I also run credit card transactions, cash and checks and deposit/send them to the appropriate billing departments.

Here are some quick things I do on a daily weekly/daily basis

• Quote and order needed parts for salesmen, customers and service department at the best price to improve company sale margins
• Clerk and credit card/cash/check deposit processing
• Emailing orders to other branches to be shipped out.
• Phone and customer service inquiry
• Warehouse logistics, receiving recording and documenting inbound deliveries via ground and freight carriers.
• Inventory management using weekly cycle counts
• RMA return processing
• Sale delivery and parts driver

As a parts counter salesman my responsibilities were

• Email and phone management
• Ordering parts for customers and service department

• Generated cash tickets for customer using Accpac
• RMA return processing for warranty deputes
• Stocking technicians with parts.
