Often volunteered as a teachers aid for younger students in my area helping them with things such as reading, writing and many times i even assisted them with helping hone in on their artistic abilities. Also being apart of a team of volunteers helping younger classes find their way around school and navigate this new experience has helped me really learn to easily build relationships and make amazing progress on my people skills. After working some time with that same team of volunteers the experience presented me with an opportunity to work within the prom committee which further build upon my social and communication skills to the point where i have made them into some of my strong suits. All in all the exposure to that group has shown me how to communicate clearly with others and really be apart of a team that can depend on and help each other whenever one is in need.
