-Responsible for the dispatching of flatbed and Container deliveries to General Electric in Pensacola FL.

- Managed all necessary communication via email/phone to Port terminals at the Alabama State Docks, Alabama Port of Mobile, the Port of Pensacola and International Warehouse & Shipping to coordinate part pickup and deliveries for the production of windmills.

- Planning and assigning drivers to daily routes according to the customers demands.

- Printing and gathering all documents needed for drivers to execute deliveries without delays.

- Tracking and monitoring up to 20 drivers throughout each work day.

- Responsible for updating and keeping record of all parts assigned to the company for transport at three Port Terminal locations.

- Responsible in updating Rack daily fuel prices and emailing to 100 + customers daily.

- Preparing daily fleet routes for 15 drivers.

- Data entry of all sales orders requested in the delivery perimeter of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida.

- Communicating to all refinery terminals to ensure loading of tankers is properly executed.

- Data entry of payroll for entire driver fleet in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida.

- Prepared any necessary documents for Fuel and Oil salesman up request.

- Cross trained in fuel and oil dispatch to fill in any needed positions.
