At Madison RV and Golf Resort, I currently manage all 140 acres of the RV Resort, Country Club, Bar, Pro Shop, and Golf Course. I have 20 team members across the entire property I work with and oversee.

We take pride in all the departments of the resort and get nothing but positive feedback on staff interactions, golf course conditions, RV resort site maintenance, and bathroom/shower facilities.

I have overseen the construction and remodel of our banquet hall in the summer of 2025. I have started the planning phase of our Bar/Pro Shop rebuild, golf course redesign, and RV park expansion for summer 2026. I am currently the on-site contact for all 3 projects with multiple contractors involved.

• I direct daily operations and activities for optimal guest experience and satisfaction.
• I run payroll, oversee accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• I am hands-on, remain visible throughout the day, and I am able to physically help or cover any department if needed.
• I am currently the go person for concerns and needs of the guest and country club members.

• In this time period, we were traveling for my wife's medical contract work. I was able to get a traveling job with Lowe's Home Improvement Company, which allowed me to move freely with my wife's medical contracts every 3-6 months in our 5th wheel RV.
• I was highly recommended by every store manager to the next. I was able to build relationships with district managers and transfer wherever needed.
• In total, I worked at 5 stores, and spent time working remotely for Lowe's Corporate. I was sent to several other stores for weeks at a time to help with managing and fixing inventories and bringing them back up to standard.

• Responsible for day to day operations of the branch such as managing delivery schedules, receiving, inventory, and employee schedules.
• Sourced products from vendors and put together quotes for branch sales representatives.
• Serviced and grew relationships in an assigned book of business of industrial customers.

• Ran an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

• Grew existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory.

• Managed the Flooring, Outside Garden, and Delivery Departments within this period.

• Proactively sought out customers to help find their needs and determine what services we could provide for them in the Flooring department.
• Offered installs on our products, built quotes and used current promotional offers to get the best value for the customer.
