I have been awarded a black belt in Tae Kwon Do after 4 years of diligent practice. I have performed in school productions including an opera called Cendrillion by French female composer Pauline Viardot. And I continue to perform in operas at luther college and symphony concerts at Luther College.

I have also worked with a jazz musician group at luther doing gigs and making side money from it. I play as a violinist in the group.
