  • Supervised 6-9 camp/site locations that accounted for ~12% of Galileo’s revenue and 5000+ customer enrollments annually. Accountable for acquisition and management of school/district partnerships (camp locations), negotiation of contracts, regional marketing plans and implementation, enrollment performance and quarterly P&L reports.
  • Managed and trained 6-9 direct reports (camp/site directors), each of whom interviewed, hired, trained and managed 300+ staff in total. Provided weekly feedback, professional development and coaching.
  • Designed and led annual company-wide training for 60+ camp/site directors on inclusive leadership, interviewing & hiring, people & camper management, pedagogical practices, operations & systems management, and customer service. Wrote and developed training for 2000+ seasonal staff hires.
  • Supervised partnership and program/curriculum development for Summer Camps at The Tech Interactive: a world-class museum in San Jose, CA.
  • Project managed Galileo’s first non-summer camp revenue streams for at-home learning pods and online learning. Developed curriculum, staffing models, and operational practices.
