Served as customer experience manager from 6/11-11/11 and department manager for footwear, camping and bargain cave from 11/11-10/12. Managed day to day operations of these departments. Responsible for executing merchandise sets and execution of budgeted sales plan. Responsible for front end operations of cash lanes, customer service and cash office to provide an exceptional customer experience.

General Manager of 3 locations Ward Parkway Center, Metro North Mall and St. Joseph. Managed all aspects of daily operations of these stores. This included sales and payroll budgeting and P&L management to ensure profitability. Other duties included floor planning and inventory management, all aspects of human resources including hiring and disciplinary actions, community involvement and partnerships and served as the training store for the district. Was awarded General Manager of the year in 2000 and 2007.
