Being in food service for 3 years and enduring multiple management changes is a testament to my ability to be flexible and adapt to a multitude of different situations. It has taught me how to work with many different types of people and how to resolve conflict when necessary. The occasional fast pace of food service has given me an abundance of experience in learning how to survive and how to efficiently multi-task when necessary.
My time in JROTC in high school gave me the knowledge to lead properly, including traits such as integrity, tact, decisiveness, compassion, and many more. These aforementioned traits and many others are what I believe to be the framework to a successful work environment.
