I'm the Rescue coordinator for the animal control in Gustine. I get 98% of the dogs into rescue. . I been a volunteer for the Gustine pd for 5 + years. . I assist Jose Geraldo when needed and on his days off . I drive dogs to Atwater shelter when he busy with code enforcement. I chip dogs when needed before adopted . I also have looked up codes when needed . I clean the kennels and feed the dogs on the weekends and when needed. I also will help pick up dogs if called to assist by a officer. I do this all for free as a volunteer. . I also post all dogs found on the internet. I help get the voucher program started for the stray cats and am the owner of non profit rescue . I do the the Paperwork for the rescue and have experience and a system that works keeping records .I have lots of experience working with animals and lots of experience with fundraising and have gotten us lots of donations for dog food and supplies. I was also was a bottle feeder for Native animal rescue in Santa cruz . I grew up on a Ranch and have experience with farm animals and have experience helping birth animals on the Ranch .I was also a 4H leader in my community as the Poultry devision leader. I have lots of experience working with people at Walnut ave most of the children were in foster care .I enjoyed helping the families. I feel I have great people skills and a way to calm a situation. . I'm available on weekends and evenings and any day during the week . I have dedicated the last five years helping Police department as a volunteer. I would love the opportunity to be employed in the department. I have many ideas and plans to help animal control and make more money for the city I also know ways we can get free grants to help pay to fix the colony cats .
