I am in charge of managing and overseeing 5+ staff members a day while insuring everyone is staying safe and maintained a clean and organized station while collaborating with my superiors with new ideas on how to effectively improve things around the store such as customer interaction, food handling and more while trying to resolve any complaints a customer may have about something so they feel listened to and understood. I am responsible for counting the money at the end of every night and accurately reporting it to my supervisor while making nightly deposits.

I was responsible for preparing food that a customer ordered and having the order ready in a timely manner. I was also responsible for maintaining proper food handling while insuring the health and safety of the customers and staff. I would use the time management skills I've developed throughout my time working there to make sure preparations were complete for the following days so everyone could do their job seamlessly and effectively. I was also tasked with greeting customers as they entered the store and creating personal connection along with a safe and welcoming environment so they are likely to come back again.
