I’m a student-athlete with a real love for basketball and baseball. Sports have taught me a lot about leadership, discipline, and pushing myself to be better every day. Outside the court, I’m a writer who enjoys putting my thoughts into words and expressing what I feel. I’ve been accepted to UW–Stout, UW–Green Bay, and UW–Stevens Point, and I’m excited to keep growing in college. I’m a pretty calm and laid-back person who doesn’t let much get to me, but when it’s game time, I give everything I have.
I’ve always loved basketball, even though I didn’t start playing until my sophomore year. From that point on, I worked my way up, becoming a standout player on JV and eventually earning a varsity spot. After a year of development, I’m now a senior starter, a key player, and a leader that younger teammates look up to. Basketball has taught me what dedication and persistence can really do.
I also picked up baseball my sophomore year just for fun, but it quickly turned into something I was passionate about. I started off rough, but through hard work, I became one of the most reliable and fit players on the team—and one of the best hitters, too. I continued to play through my junior year, but now as a senior, I’m challenging myself in a new way by switching to track and field.
