- Recommend specific club brands on models for customers depending on their preference and skill level
- Lived and learned alongside a group of 30 fellow freshman students primarily in the Whitman School of Management and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
- Practiced building hypothetical businesses.

- Brought out customer's shoe of choice in their preferred size and color
- Gave athletes and parents of athletes recommendations on what shoe or cleat is optimal for their sport or position in their sport
- Participated in kickball, baseball, and soccer with young athletes
