- Primary focus: customer service, facilitating sales, assisting outside sales and dispatch to streamline deliveries. Working with vendors to order specialty items not carried in inventory.
- As a team we handle 100+ customers a day accounting for roughly $30-40,000 in sales a day.
- Secondary focus: invoicing sales tickets, receiving purchase orders, retroactively correcting pricing and freight errors on purchase orders.
- Individually overseeing the receiving of trucks of $8-15,000 dollars of merchandise, as well as invoicing tickets personally overseeing 10's of thousands of dollars in and out a day.
- Became competent in speaking Spanish at a work level. Progressed from very little Spanish to completing full orders, and more, with customers.

- Spent one year operating robotics to clean solar systems on commercial rooftops. The job entailed: figuring out operations individually and in collaboration with the owner, providing maintenance on the robotics (both preventative and while out on the job site), safely transporting the equipment to job sites and onto the rooftops.
- Grew to managing four robot operators to clean solar systems while out of state for up to a month. Fleet of 2 trucks, 2-3 robots. the job entailed: recruiting and hiring, scheduling and planning, proper technique and safety training, team/personnel management, timesheets for payroll, problem solving and putting out fires (never literally)
- Eventually, lead a crew of 15 for over a month out of state on industrial-size jobs. Fleet of 7 trucks, 5 robots, 4-5 UTVs, and a large maintenance tool stock. The job entailed much of the same as before on a larger scale: hotel and route planning up to two months in advance, equipment rental planning and executing, and working with small municipalities to coordinate water supply.

- Managed inventory, helped fill scheduling needs, trained new staff, implemented operational changes to maximize the amount of customers served daily, met weekly with owners to discuss how to maximize store output and growth, oversaw the implementation of all policies and trainings.
- Left to pursue a more stable career path with a large corporation in an 'advanced management training program'.
