  • Arranging travel, hotel, ground transport, registering staff for conferences, create itineraries. Complete expense reports on Concur, in a timely manner.

  • Working as a team with other admins, worldwide, to coordinate high-level meetings. Maintain close relationships to work better together.
  • Assist with setting up candidate interviews and coordinating calendar's with HR.
  • Organize team events , identify venue and arranging catering for such events.

  • Coordinating F2F on-site meetings with visiting staff, coordinate logistics and registration.

Assist with agenda scheduling and creating, action log tracking and follow-ups. Support special projects, priorities and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Work together to maintain our Teamsite for our team. I create surveys as well, when needed.

  • Was the lead coordinator on an all-staff move which included coordinating clean-up, packing up, new seating location for staff, worked with building facilities to ensure all needed items are returned to building owner, coordinated take down and set up of office equipment, ensure all services not needed any more were terminated and worked with facilities to resolve issues within the suite at new location.

  • Served as the Floor Warden for our department and ensured all staff evacuated safely and that all staff met at designated location outside of building.
  • Served as liaison between staff and HR to get personal documents submitted, provided staff with process guidance and any supported needed.
  • As a delegate to the COO, I pulled training completion records for staff as well as approve system access to staff, assign cubicle location and submit work location changes to corporate.

  • Worked with the staffing lead on acquiring temporary staff and ensuring all related information needed was processed and submitted to avoid delay on getting the staff needed and ensuring that staff was paid on time.
