I am a dependable Crew Member with experience and well-developed critical thinking, and organizational skills. I am a good communicator and Team Member to those around me. I look forward to learning more and meeting new people while also gaining experience by working for a new company. I am also an 11th grade student at Buena Park High School. I am involved in the Filipino Club while also being active in a Leadership Program that guides and assists incoming students. I have worked at Cold Stone Creamery on weekends and weekdays for about 3 years since I was 14.
I make the ice cream that they serve to customers while regularly serving them myself.
I also help with moving inventory, I am familiar with FIFO "first in first out" and can lift heavy packages and items.
I was a standard Crew Member and I do have experience serving customers regarding both positive and negative interactions
While working at cold stone I gained a lot of experience with customer service, and providing a clean work environment while also giving a positive energy to those around me.
