Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
Researched and wrote weekly updated open source intelligence reports on cyber warfare and cyber security issues as an impending threat to domestic and international security. The cross pollination between cyber terror activities and criminal network enterprises, coupled with geopolitical instability, along with the rapid advancement in technology, and the convergence of both the virtual and physical worlds, only magnifies the risk for further chaos in a divided world order.
Reported to the Head of Technology in the Department of National Intelligence for Booz Allen Hamilton.
My duties were to establish a legal US business entity both in Delaware (US) and in Manila (Philippines) named Seguridad United LLC and develop the business thereafter through recruiting viable talent to run a successful boutique cyber security firm. I had heavily interfaced with my Chief of Intelligence (Dave Campbell), attorneys, prospective clients and with the Head of PLDT's Chief Information Officer (Telcom company in the Philippines) to find appropriate talent in the area of cyber security.
As a member of this unit, my task was to identify and analyze countries with elevated levels of security threat, be that common crime, cyber threats or terrorism. For my analysis, I used open source information (OSINT), government data as well as Deutsch Bank’s proprietary sources. My analysis formed the basis of the bank’s threat level grading and the related measures to protect the physical security of our staff, buildings, IT and other infrastructure: I primarily covered Emerging Market countries.

Cyber security experts would be interested to know that I earned a Certificate in Cyber Security Strategy, from Georgetown University, and that I had worked as an intern with Booz Allen Hamilton, as a Cyber Security Research Analyst, focusing on issues including enterprise security threats that could lead to worldwide critical data breaches. Years prior to this, I had worked and trained as an Protective Intelligence Global Threat Analyst at Deutsche Bank, in London, to identify and analyze countries and regions with elevated levels of security threats, be that common crime, cyber threats, or terrorism. For my analysis, I used open source information, government data, as well the bank’s proprietary resources, covering primarily Emerging Market countries. My analysis formed the basis of the bank’s threat level grading and related measures to protect the physical security of our staff, buildings, IT and other infrastructure.
In between these jobs, I have also worked with Repton Matrix Intelligence Network LLC and with Seguridad United LLC, which is a cyber security boutique operation and start-up which I helped to form both in America and in South East Asia.
I am known for my strong research and interpersonal skills, my innate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both small and large groups of professionals, including senior management, technical staff and client representatives. I would like to leverage my professional expertise as well as learn new and valuable skills to contribute to your company’s mission in whatever capacity.
