Handles team needs with straight forward-thinking strategies and strong focus on daily requirements. Well-coordinated planner successful at coordinating schedules and workflows to meet business demands. Superior work ethic combined with resourceful and upbeat nature make me who I am. I work hard in everything I do and have an ability to adapt to anything thrown at me. I used to also be a Captain of my High school and Club soccer teams. I would practice everyday with an upbeat and positive attitude, but most of all I would put 120% into practice, I would give it my all in order to surpass my limits. I didn't get to become the captain and a shift lead because of my skills and I now realize my abilities. I am able to utilize other peoples strengths to benefit the team and most of all I am able to bring the team together through my work ethic and Charisma. My employer and coaches helped me realize that I have an innate ability to lead and adapt. so no matter what I do I'll be able to make my way through and become a worker worthy of any company and that much I can guarantee. I don't how to properly give up so I have to adapt.

• Ranked 2nd in British Soccer Camp

I love to lead the Defense and be able to go up and attack as well, as a Defender we look and analyze the whole entire field, a good offense starts with a good defense in Soccer, so I make it imperative that I know how to navigate a team and player habits.
