• Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes in accordance with company standards and recipes
• Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organize customer area, production area and back-room/storage
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Prepare and re-stock ingredients
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

• Hand out marketing materials directly to people in high-traffic zones.
• Deliver door-to-door items safely onto front door handles or doormats.
• Talk briefly with community members and answer basic questions.
• Track daily routes and completed deliveries using a mobile phone app.
• Report progress and shift totals to the field supervisor.
