I also handled problems that occurred on the jobsites with employees and customers. I keep records of weekly expenses that were turned in to the head office at the end of each week.

I was responsible for handling claims from beginning to end for State Farm Service Centers in a professional manner within the Texas Department of Insurance regulations.

As First Mate aboard the FV / TEXSUN II it was my daily duty to manage a group of crew members while at dock and at sea. I was responsible for up to 65 passengers each day aboard the 70-foot recreational fishing vessel. I managed all supplies needed for each trip, and handled any problems that may have occurred with deckhands or customers while at sea. I also kept an accurate daily log of time spent at sea.
