I am currently working as a Clinic Manager in Primary Care where I am responsible for 40+ employees who provide primary care services to approximately 5,000 veterans. The clinic offers a range of services to include primary care, mental health, clinical pharmacy, nutrition, and social work services. The clinic also offers a variety of whole health modalities, including yoga, guided imagery, and mindfulness classes.

I promoted a therapeutic environment by establishing rapport, maintaining boundaries, and fostering open communication with patients and families. Also, ensuring patient safety by closely monitoring behaviors, administering medications as prescribed, and intervening during incidents of aggression or selfharm. As well as, optimizing clinical decision-making by conducting thorough psychosocial assessments upon admission and throughout patients'' stays.

I worked as emergency room charge nurse and still fill for the ER as needed. I improved patient outcomes by consistently providing high-quality emergency care and implementing evidence-based nursing practices. Also, acted as a resource for colleagues by sharing clinical expertise, participating in educational opportunities, and serving as a preceptor for new nurses joining the Emergency Department team.

I worked at Kenneth Hall Regional Hospital, a level II trauma center, as a charge nurse most frequently. Also, delegating staff nurse duties. As well as, improving ED administration by compiling and analyzing data and identifying areas of improvement throughout the hospital.
