My responsibilities while holding this position included watching over 14 kids from week to week that I had to be responsible for from week too week. As well as my day to day skate coaching. teaching patients and allowed open collaboration between kids and other staff members. As well as keeping an eye out for improper behavior or lack of safety measures.
