My past experience with customer service will help in the hvac field because it helped me get the skills to interact with the customers better. It also helps me with the ability to use my problem solving skills because when I had to help customers with problems I had to use my training to solve the problem. Lastly it made me have the ability to learn new things better and faster because when u moved up through Publix I had to learn new skills while I got higher in the company.
