  • I established three shoe stores, four kiosks, and one outlet of my own.

  • Key Accomplishments: Developed a franchise business model for Zaxy, a Grendene brand, to achieve the necessary annual sales volume, resulting in 20 sales kiosks established nationwide within 3 years.
  • Created a catalogue sales business model for three brands from Calzados Beira Rio, facilitating the required annual sales volume while generating income for stay-at-home moms.
  • Achieved the annual sales target of 150,000 pairs for Beira Rio after 14 months in business.
  • Surpassed the annual sales target of 195,000 pairs for Grendene by 4% in the third year, with 202,800 pairs sold.
  • Increased annual sales volume by 4%-7% on a yearly basis until 2020.
  • Collaborated on the design of new children's shoe models for the Zaxy brand by Grendene.
  • Played a key role in organizing Grendene's first global shoe convention Gramado, Brazil in 2017, where I served as a speaker and a role model for other distributors.
