Through my 100+ hours of volunteering I've learned quality skills like how to work within a team to get things done, time management skills, patience and understanding, among many more. I've had great times volunteering through many different groups, from my school to warming houses for homeless. I really do enjoy volunteering as it gives a sense of giving back.

Was involved in a program called NAF, for hospitality and tourism in high school, where we would work with local businesses and complete projects over the year. This definitely helped myself understand the business end of companies more, what they go through, the time pressures that they have to get things done. This program also drove me to want to succeed even more, I learned a lot during my time in NAF, I want to be successful to show those that go through that program that it is worth it, the things you learn there are important and can help you immensely.
