I was initially hired on with Penhall Company as a driver in our Dallas, TX branch before moving to assist in the Dallas mechanic's shop, then moving up to the field Mainline Crew in the Carolinas, Slurry Press Crew in North Carolina, temporary service job manager in Jacksonville, FL followed by mainline crew coordinator in Orlando, FL, and finally moving into my Dispatch Coordinator position.
I was initially hired as a bagger in a customer service role while attending college part-time. Later, I was trained in general inventory management and stocking. I was then promoted to a general grocery stocker before eventually becoming a perishable stocker.
I was hired on full time after my junior year of high school as a mechanic's assistant. After taking time off to finish my senior year and get my diploma, I returned as a full mechanic for a year before leaving to pursue a college degree.
