I have had extensive experience with handling upset customers and negotiating a "win/win" resolution for the customer and employee. I love working with people, and enjoy staying busy. I have worked at an automotive dealership for almost 20 years performing many different duties, but was hired to be a "right hand man" to the Fixed Ops Director. I also was given the title of Customer Relations Manager as I developed a talent for resolving customer concerns. I also was hired to open up an independent tire and service repair shop before working at the dealership. I have been working as a GM for an independent tire and service repair shop for the past 3 years where I was over 3 different stores.
I enjoy hunting, shooting sports including archery, hiking, camping and fishing. I am very family oriented and like to be active with my wife, kids and grandkids in the great outdoors. I have high moral values and am very active in my church. My integrity is one of my strongest attributes.
