
I have nine years of management experience under my belt, ranging from stock rooms of grocery store to overseeing the front-end operations of a swim school. I have overseen teams ranging from 10 employees to 250. The skills I have gained from every experience have all gone on to making me more knowledgeable about my own management style and how to carry that effectively into a new position regardless of the industry. I have experience in ordering products, creating schedules, handling customers, maintaining inventory, and creating spreadsheets for upper management to follow, cash register handling including breaking down the tills and closing accounting. I have basic HR knowledge regarding onboarding and hosting new employee training.
