I started out as an agent and worked myself up to being the Dispatch Manager at Alorica within 8 months of being hired.

I'm a hard-worker that loves helping people and making them smile! I have worked full-time since I earned my GED at 17 due to financial pressure on my family and I have found that tenacity, self-awareness, and accountability serve any team and any role no matter what challenges arise. I wanted this to feel more like a real conversation you would have with me rather than just reading text of me saying nice-sounding things about myself. I am definitely a risk-taker! I'm not afraid to take a chance on a different approach, laugh it off if I fail, and clean up the mess. I wish you the best and hope to hear from you.
