• I am a self-starter who created my own business selling shoes. I created and utilized marketing strategies to promote my company's products. In addition to this, I have a deeper understanding of website design and sales strategies to attract and retain customers. I've learned to identify customer needs and preferences and selected shoe styles that align with those requirements.
• I also initiated and executed a project for OPTUM which is currently being worked on through the creative design team to ensure patients never run out of medication. This is one another way I can help improve healthcare outcomes. I've identified common barriers to medication adherence and developed strategies to overcome them. The project consists of tracking non-compliant patients that are unable to pick up their medication due to chronic conditions or disabilities and implementing an easier approach for them to receive the medication through a mail order process.

I successfully initiated and completed a project for
